Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of themeblocks.co and any purchase of digital products from Themeblocks.co (“we”, “us”, “our”).

 

1) Digital products

 

Our products are digital downloads (Shopify sections/templates/code and related assets). By placing an order, you agree that delivery may occur electronically, including immediately after checkout.

 

2) No refunds

 

All sales are final for digital products. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

 

3) License & permitted use (current rule: 1 store per purchase)

 

When you purchase a Themeblocks.co product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it, subject to these Terms and any license details shown on the product page and/or included with the download.


Current license rule: 1 purchase = 1 Shopify store (one production store URL/domain).

If you want to use the same product on additional stores, you must purchase additional licenses (unless we explicitly offer a multi-store/agency license in the future).


You may:

 

  • Install and use the product in your licensed store’s theme(s)

  • Modify the code for your own use within that store

  • Keep backup copies for your own use

 

You may not:

 

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or “give away” the files (free or paid)

  • Publish the code publicly (e.g., GitHub, forums, public repositories)

  • Use the files to create competing products or marketplaces

  • Circumvent any access controls or license checks (if present)

 

4) Delivery issues & support

 

If you don’t receive your download or you receive a corrupted/wrong file, contact support@themeblocks.co with your order number and we’ll help you obtain the correct files.

 

5) Compatibility disclaimer

 

We do not guarantee compatibility with every theme, app, customization, or future Shopify update. Products are provided “as is”.

 

6) Fraud, abuse, and enforcement

 

We may refuse service, revoke access, or cancel orders if we reasonably believe there is fraud, chargeback abuse, file sharing/redistribution, or other misuse.

 

7) Limitation of liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Themeblocks.co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

 

8) Changes to these Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

License rules and product terms may change for future purchases; your purchase is governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase (unless required by law).

 

9) Governing law (international customers)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law rules. However, if you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights where they cannot be excluded.


Optional — Venue

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought in the courts located in the Philippines, unless applicable consumer protection laws require a different forum.
